Your Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will support our team in developing the implementation of our vision. You’ll help create our community and assist with partnerships. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup focused on sustainability and circular economy principles.

• Setup a full sales pipeline from scratch - test, learn, and iterate
• You will be responsible for identifying the most fitting companies cold-emailing, cold-calling prospects, and booking demos.
• Manage and optimize our customer base in HubSpot

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Communication, Business, Environmental Studies, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken) (we communicate in English in our team, but customers expect German)
• Basic knowledge or interest in digital marketing and social media management
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven startup
• Experience with content creation (blogs, social media posts, videos) is a plus
• Comfortable working remotely

Bonus Points

• Experience in working with Hubspot or other CRM tools
• Experience with AI tools or chatGPT or similar
